Delicious coffee in the west! Great beans to brew with the home AeroPress (or espresso machine, my bias is for filtered coffee 🙃). Peter happened to be in-store and was a superstar in going over the different beans, roasting process etc. Beans are roasted on site and you can tell great care + detail goes into the whole process. Highly recommended ☕️

Great coffee. Had a couple of grinding questions and the owner show me the warehouse and explained the process to me. He even replaced my original order with two bags each with a different grind for me to test the strength. Must try!!

The Hario V60 filter papers have been designed to remove unnecessary oils from your brew. The Hario Filter paper range is available in 3 different sizes, allowing you to match the filter size to the Hario V60 dripper that you are using.

The 01 filters suit all 01 drippers and brew for up to 2 people

The 02 filters suit all 02 drippers and brew for up to 4 people

The filters have been oxygen bleached, so it is always recommended to pre-wet/ rinse the papers prior to use to ensure that no paper taste is transferred during the brewing process. The Hario V60 filter papers are biodegradable and will consistently deliver a perfectly clean, sediment-free brew.
